Remember, it is the quality not the quantity of sleep that is important. And just imagine having an extra 30 hours a month to spend on the things that are important to you. I have read many books and have seen soo many profiles and i have come to one point that sleeping less and using most of your time thinking, investing, brainstorming, reading books, meditating and praying gives you edge over others in succeeding in this environment.......
